Late Sh. Lalit Kumar Agrawal
Sh. L.K. Agrawal was Civil Engineer by profession. He retired as Chief Engineer from the Water Resources Dept., Government of Rajasthan, in 2006. Mr. Agrawal did his B.E. (civil) from MBM Engg. College, Jodhpur, and joined the Irrigation Dept., Raj, in 1968 as a junior engineer.
During his tenure with the Irrigation Department., Mr. Agrawal’s contribution was instrumental in the execution of the Mahi Dam (Banswara), Meza Dam (Bhilwara), Som Kamla Amba Dam (Dungarpur), Indira Gandhi Nahar Pariyojna (IGNP), and Siddhmukh Canal Project (Ganganagar). While on his job, Mr. Agrawal handled transfers, postings, and promotions across the state at the department’s headquarter for the longest tenure. He retired as Chief Engineer . in 2006.
Since then, he has been the guiding force behind the various residential apartment projects of Safe Infraprojects and other group companies. His wide experience of more than 48 years in the field of civil engineering and construction has given a rock-solid foundation to the company as a whole. Sh. Agrawal left for a heavenly abode in August 2023, but the company is committed to following his principles of integrity, customer satisfaction, and farsightedness.

Sh. Vikas Agarwal
A visionary leader with dynamic and strategic acumen, Sh. Vikas Agarwal is the driving force behind the company. Having completed his Master’s in Business Management from F.M.S. Udaipur in 1999, Agarwal set out to gain the hard-core industry experience of eight years in the field of sales and marketing in various MNCs in metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, etc.
In the year 2006, he moved to Jaipur with the intention of staying with his parents. Here, Sh. Agarwal worked with Tata Indicom and later with ICICI Bank, when his elder brother, Sh. Akhilesh Agrawal, who was already in the construction field, persuaded him to start his own venture in the real estate industry. With no experience in this field, Agarwal entered the business, established Safe Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd., and in no time became a connoisseur in the real estate business. The amalgamation of Sh. Agarwal’s sharp business acumen and the deep-rooted customer-centric principles of his father took the company to new heights with each project.
Sh. Agarwal’s visionary leadership and strategic acumen have been instrumental in shaping the growth and direction of Vivacity Mall. With a keen understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics, Sh. Agarwal has led the mall to new heights of success and prominence.
When the Vivacity Mall was taken over by the end of the year 2019, no one expected the COVID wave to hit so hard in the times to come. During the complete lockdown in the year 2020, abiding by the principles of his father, not to let anyone suffer, in spite of no work at the mall and a situation of uncertainty, management continued to give salaries to their staff and wage earners.

Sh. Tarun Singh Parmar

Sh. Suhas Agarwal
Sh. Suhas Agrawal received his B.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur in 1998. Having worked with various IT firms, including Reliance and NIIT Technologies, Sh. Agrawal is presently working as Project Head with Genpact, based in the USA. Sh. Agrawal’s inputs were instrumental in setting up SIPL and Vivacity Mall Pvt. Ltd. He is actively involved in design inputs for various residential projects and fosters new ideas for the recently acquired Vivacity Mall.
